About the role
\n
Two Minds Clinical Practice is now seeking a skilled and dedicated allied health practitioner to join a team of experienced and passionate clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, and mental health occupational therapists.
\n
Key responsibilities
\n
Provide face-to-face and/or telehealth services
\n
Select and curate your clientele and caseload depending on your interest areas and skills
\n
Conduct assessment and/or evidence-based interventions
\n
Perform case formulation, risk assessment and management
\n
Work independently and autonomously within a highly supportive team
\n
Collaborate with other team members in clinical work
\n
Participate in developing programs across domains of interest such as assessment and consultation, clinical supervision, groups and training
\n
Select hours that suit you (initially 1 day per week available, with options to increase up to 3 days in November 2026), with flexibility to support work-life balance
\n
Centrally located in Alstonville, servicing a catchment covering Lismore, Ballina, Richmond Valley, Kyogle, and Byron Shires
\n
Comfortable, beautifully furnished, and acoustically treated consulting rooms in a fully equipped clinic space
\n
Face-to-face administrative support Monday-to-Friday from a dedicated and highly skilled practice manager
\n

About you
\n
We are seeking applications from clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, accredited mental health social workers, and occupational therapists, with advanced skills in assessment and evidence-based treatment.
\n
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 4 years clinical experience. Advanced skills in case formulation, risk assessment and management, and evidence-based intervention is essential.
\n
This position is suitable for clinicians with the capacity to work independently and autonomously, but who also benefit from collaborating with others and contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment.
\n

Applicants must:

Be fully registered with AHPRA or AASW.
\n
Be eligible to obtain a Medicare Provider Number to provide services
\n
Successful applicants will also be required to obtain professional indemnity insurance, a National Police Check, a NSW Working with Children Check, and register for an individual Australian Business Number (ABN).
