Our client, a well known mid to high end premium distinctive global menswear retailer, is seeking 2 x Managers in Training for their busy stores in Melbourne's CBD and Little Collins Street. Known for their supportive driven culture, they are always striving to ensure that every interaction they have builds a truly personable relationship and delivers an experience that is beyond expected.
Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
• Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
• Processing and replenishing stock

About you

• Experienced Assistant Manager OR Store Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability toinspire your team
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
• You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
• Youare passionate about all things fashion with great styling skills
