    • Uses student data, pastoral records, attendance, behaviour, wellbeing information and professional knowledge to inform the development, implementation and review of an annual House Strategic Plan aligned to College priorities.
    • Models reflective practice by actively seeking, receiving and responding to feedback from colleagues, students and College leaders
    • Supports staff to create culturally safe, inclusive environments that foster belonging, participation and success for all students.
  • This role is a Middle Leadership - Tier 3 Pastoral Leader

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education)
  • Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of boys’ education
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
