About the Role:

\n

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Advisorplays an important role in delivering a professional, fair and positive recruitment experience.

\n

Working closely within the recruitment team, you will help facilitate a transparent and merit-based recruitment and selection process while supporting a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey for new employees. Through strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure workforce needs are met in a timely manner and contribute to attracting talented people who align with Talison's values and culture.

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including advertising, sourcing and screening of candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks, scheduling medicals and inductions and contract preparation and approval;
\n
• Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant and approved positions to commence the relevant recruitment and selection process in accordance with the relevant procedure;
\n
• Providing advice and guidance on recruitment strategies to support effective attraction and selection outcomes;
\n
• Supporting the application of quality assurance processes and providing assistance to management and support staff in the application of recruitment policy and procedures;
\n
• Responding to enquiries regarding employment opportunities and assisting applicants with submitting applications;
\n
• Working within a team, accurately processing recruitment requests, utilising an online recruitment system and providing online recruitment support when required;
\n
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
\n
• Ensuring compliance within the legislative framework for recruitment processes; and
\n
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Candidate:

\n

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

\n

\n
• Minimum 2 or more years' recruitment experience;
\n
• The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
\n
• Familiarity with onboarding programs such as SuccessFactors:
\n
• The ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the business;
\n
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail; and
\n
• A great work ethic with demonstrated experience working as part of a close-knit team.
