Duties:

- Learn to work with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel \n
- Master essential fabrication techniques, such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly \n
- Assist in the production of steel beams, posts, stair stingers, mezzanine floors, commercial fit-outs, shop fronts, and architectural steelwork \n
- Work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop your skills and knowledge \n

Skills and responsibilities:

- Great attention to detail \n
- Trades assistant experience around engineering or fabrication \n
- Drivers Licence \n
- Ability to work in a team environment \n
- Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn \n
- Passionate for field & result driven \n
