Clear Focus is a growing adult ADHD clinic providing in-person assessment and ongoing care across North Brisbane.

We're looking for a second GP to join our Morayfield clinic for 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours and scope over time.
\n
This is not a role where you need to build a patient list, design an assessment pathway or figure out ADHD practice on your own. We already have the patients, nursing support, structured assessment model, clinical protocols and onboarding in place. You arrive and focus on clinical work.

About the role
\n
You'll work with adults presenting for ADHD assessment, diagnosis and ongoing management within a structured and supported clinical model.
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n

- Conducting in-person adult ADHD assessments \n
- Formulating diagnoses and treatment plans where appropriate \n
- Providing ongoing medication management and clinical follow-up \n
- Working collaboratively with our nursing team \n
\n
Our nursing team supports the assessment pathway by assisting with history gathering, questionnaires, follow-up calls and patient coordination, reducing administrative load and allowing you to concentrate on clinical decision-making.

An established patient list
\n There is genuine existing patient demand, so you won't be expected to build your own book from scratch.
\n
A full nursing team
\n Our nurses support history gathering, questionnaires, follow-up and coordination throughout the patient journey.
\n
Comprehensive onboarding and training
\n You'll receive structured onboarding and support from the outset. Prior ADHD experience is valuable, but it is not essential for the right GP with a genuine interest in the area.
\n
A documented clinical process
\n Clear assessment pathways, protocols and workflows are already established, so you are joining a functioning clinical model.
\n
About you
\n
To be considered, you will need:
\n
- \n
- FRACGP or FACRRM with specialist registration (AHPRA) required \n
- A genuine interest in adult ADHD, mental health and neurodivergence \n
- Confidence working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team \n
\n
Previous ADHD experience is preferred but not required. We are more interested in finding a GP who genuinely wants to work in this space and is open to learning our model.
