Lead the growth, operations and performance of a regional holiday accommodation portfolio.

We are seeking a commercially driven Holiday Manager – Growth & Operations to lead a regional business unit for an established accommodation group.
\n
This autonomous leadership role combines business development, property performance, operations, team leadership and stakeholder management .
The Role \n
You will take ownership of the region's performance, with responsibilities include:

- \n
- Grow the holiday property portfolio and secure new management agreements \n
- Build and retain strong relationships with property owners \n
- Drive revenue, pricing and overall portfolio performance \n
- Lead and develop the local operations team \n
- Maintain exceptional property and operational standards \n
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve escalations \n
- Manage local suppliers, trades and operating costs \n
- Identify new partnerships and additional revenue opportunities \n
- Build strong relationships across the local tourism and business community \n
- Monitor commercial performance, budgets and profitability \n
About You \n
You will bring:

- \n
- Experience within holiday accommodation, hospitality, tourism, property or real estate \n
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding \n
- Proven business development and relationship management skills \n
- Leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams \n
- Understanding of revenue management, pricing and yield \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills \n
- A proactive, accountable and results-focused approach \n
- Experience with Guesty, RMS, HomHero or similar systems would be advantageous \n
