About the Role
\n
Our Client is looking for a Graduate of Architecture join their office located in North Sydney. You will be directly involved in the complete design and documentation of bespoke homes, joining a team of highly experienced individuals and a growing Design and Construct Builder in Sydney's local residential market.

Duties
\n
- \n
- Run and participate in design meetings with customers \n
- Create conceptual drawings and designs, ensuring that you are taking into considering budget and local planning/zone requirements \n
- Production of drawings and plans to meet client specifications, tenders and variations \n
- Provide design solutions where required \n
- Ensure that documentation is compliant with codes, guidelines, standards and regulations including quality checks \n
- Comprehensive understanding of NCC and regulations \n
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and the internal support team \n

Skills & Experience

- \n
- A Bachelors Degree in Architecture \n
- Proficiency and highly skilled with Revit or AutoCAD \n
- Minimum 3-5 years post graduate experience as an Architect or Building Designer \n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail \n
- Prior local experience working across bespoke, high-end homes from concept design, construction drawings, renders, variations, 3D renders, council plans etc. \n
- Comprehensive understanding of BCA, NCC and planning controls \n
- Base salary ranging from $90K - $110K + superannuation pending experience \n

- Work in collaboration with the Head Architect with over 20+ years industry experience \n
- Design and deliver high-end, bespoke homes with the supportive of a highly experience coordination and construction team \n
