Wagner Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our development team to support the successful delivery of a diverse range of civil and development projects.
\n
Working closely with the Development Manager, Project Managers and Civil Construction teams, this role will see you involved in all aspects of contract administration, procurement and project support across multiple projects.
\n
Key responsibilities will include:
\n
Preparing, reviewing and managing contracts and project documentation
\n
Assisting with procurement actives, purchase orders and supplier coordination
\n
Managing contract variations and maintaining accurate records
\n
reviewing invoices, costings and supporting project cashflow reporting
\n
Supporting compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
\n
Proving administration support to the development team
\n
To be successful in this role you will have:
\n
Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
\n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
\n
Current Driver's License
\n
Construction White Card
\n
