Help shape the future nursing workforce within Queensland's largest cancer service. Based within Cancer Care Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, this Nurse Educator role provides the opportunity to influence learning, professional development and workforce capability across a highly specialised environment encompassing medical oncology, haematology, bone marrow transplant, radiation oncology and haemophilia services.
Working closely with nursing staff, multidisciplinary teams and education stakeholders, you will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of contemporary education programs that support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. The role combines advanced nursing expertise with innovation, leadership and workforce development, helping to create a culture that values learning, professional growth and high-quality patient care.
