    • Applies strong knowledge of inclusive education, differentiation, disability standards, personalised learning, intervention, enrichment and evidence-informed pedagogy in the Years 5 and 6 context.
    • Reflects on operational effectiveness, feedback and leadership practice, using evidence to inform professional growth and continuous improvement.
    • Supports culturally safe, inclusive and respectful learning environments through consultation, responsive adjustments and careful attention to student voice and belonging.
  • This role is a Middle Leadership - Tier 2 Program Leader

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education)
  • Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of boys’ education
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
