We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park.

• A highly capable Assistant Store Manager

• Three experienced Sales Assistants
\n
• Loyal trade and retail customers
\n
• A supportive NSW leadership team and store network
\n

Trading Hours

\n

\n
• Monday to Saturday trading
\n
• Closed Sundays
\n

\n

What you'll be doing

This isn't a leadership role from behind a desk.

You'll be on the shop floor supporting customers, coaching your team and helping the store deliver great results every day.

You'll:

• Lead, support and develop your team

• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers
\n
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
\n
• Maintain high standards across customer service, safety and presentation
\n
• Manage inventory and day-to-day store operations
\n

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time
