Take ownership of a growing property portfolio. An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing property group with a portfolio commercial assets across South East Queensland.

Based from a inner city Head Office, you'll have genuine ownership of your portfolio, work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across property, leasing, development and finance teams.

About the Role

• Managing tenant and client relationships
• Coordinating maintenance, contractors and operational requirements
• Monitoring lease compliance, critical dates and tenant obligations
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly property reports
• Reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining presentation standards
• Working closely with leasing and wider property teams to drive asset performance
• Managing day-to-day operational and property requirements across the portfolio

About You

We're looking for a proactive Assistant Property Manager who takes ownership, communicates confidently and enjoys finding practical solutions.

You’ll ideally have:

• 1 years' property management experience, preferably in retail or commercial property
• Strong financial, organisational and property management skills
• Confidence dealing with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Experience with Cirrus8 is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine interest in property and desire to grow with a business
