We are seeking a Hospitality Bookkeeper to join our team at Clarity Management Group Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Brisbane QLD. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for bookkeeping and managing the financial records and accounts for our hospitality clients.
What you'll be doing \n
Reconciling financial statements and bank accounts
\n
Preparing and processing invoices, payroll, and other accounts payable and receivable
\n
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
\n
Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
\n
Providing bookkeeping advice and support to hospitality clients
\n
Collaborating with the wider finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What we're looking for \n
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the hospitality industry
\n
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
\n
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
\n
Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB or Xero
\n
Proficient in knowledge of Hospitality POS, Gaming and daily takings platforms such as Wirely or similiar
\n
Proficient in Office 365 products such as SharePoint including exposure to Copilot
\n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping or a related field is desirable
\n
Must possess Australian work rights
