  • Provide first-line functional support for business-critical operational systems .
    • \n
  • Triage, investigate and progress incidents, service requests and system issues .
    • \n
  • Resolve assigned issues within established procedures and service levels .
    • \n
  • Follow established runbooks, troubleshooting procedures and escalation pathways .
    • \n
  • Capture accurate incident records, troubleshooting steps, evidence and resolutions.
    • \n
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical or application support teams.
    • \n
  • Communicate effectively with business users throughout the incident lifecycle.
    • \n
  • Assist with identifying recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement.
    • \n
  • Maintain support documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with operational, application and technology teams to maintain reliable system services.
    • \n

Key Responsibilities \n

    \n
  • Provide first-line functional support for business-critical operational systems .

About You \n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

\n

    \n
  • Experience as a System Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Systems Support Analyst or similar.
    • \n
  • Strong experience providing functional application or systems support .
    • \n
  • Experience with incident management, service requests, troubleshooting and issue resolution .
    • \n
  • Ability to follow established runbooks while using analytical thinking to investigate issues.
    • \n
  • Exposure to ITSM processes and service management/ticketing platforms .
    • \n
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • \n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • \n
  • Experience within airline, aviation, transport, logistics or another operationally critical environment will be highly regarded.
    • \n
