Conference & Events team is growing , and we’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly & vibrant team as we head into one of our busiest event periods.

Job Description What you'll be doing \n

\n
• Set up, service and pack down function spaces
\n
• Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events
\n
• Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely service
\n
• Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked
\n
• Bring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences
\n
• Follow Hotel policies, WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
\n

Qualifications \n

You don't need to have done it all before — we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.

Ideally, you will have: \n

\n
• Previous experience in hospitality service — highly desirable
\n
• Great communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
\n
• A genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and grow
\n
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings andweekends
\n
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
\n
