Dermal Therapist / Clinic Administrator

FACE by Alex Pike is seeking a passionate, skilled Dermal Therapist to join the Albury clinic in a hybrid treatment and administration role, 2 to 3 days a week to start, with real scope to grow toward 4 days as the role and your client base builds. Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of dermal treatments using premium technology, including Cutera Excel V+, Laser Genesis, and Aerolase
• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with your own client base
• Actively contribute to client re-engagement, retail, and the day to day running of the clinic
• Manage the clinic diary, including appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Handle front of house duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing enquiries
• Process client payments and EFTPOS transactions
• Support stock control and retail ordering
• Maintain accurate client records and notes in the clinic software
• Collaborate with the team on social media and marketing content

About you

• Qualified Dermal Therapist, Diploma of Dermal Therapy or equivalent
• A genuine passion for skin health and client results
• Experience with laser and advanced modalities highly regarded, full training provided
• Comfortable and confident splitting time between treatments and clinic administration
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing a busy diary
• A true team player, proactive, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building client relationships
• Comfortable contributing to social media and content creation
• Previous experience in a clinic reception or admin role highly regarded, but not essential
• Casual or contract arrangements available, whichever suits you
• 2 to 3 days a week to start, with real opportunity to grow to 4 days as your client base builds
