We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Support Coordinator to be a key point of contact for residents, families, stakeholders and internal team. Located in the Auburn area.

About the role

- Permanent Full-Time opportunity \n
- Monday to Friday \n
- $33.65 - $42.37 per hour (DOE), plus 12% superannuation \n
\n
In this role, you will provide high-quality support, coordinate enquiries and tours, maintain accurate records and help ensure every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

- \n
- Act as a warm and knowledgeable first point of contact, guiding prospective residents and families through their journey to finding a new home. \n
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a timely, professional and helpful manner. \n
- Coordinate requests, bookings, forms and follow-up actions from start to finish. \n
- Maintain accurate records, updates and outcomes in relevant systems. \n
- Identify, escalation and follow up priority matters to ensure appropriate resolution. \n
- Support a positive experience by providing clear information, guidance and reassurance. \n
- Ensure our care community is a welcoming environment and a hub of connection \n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external stakeholders. \n

About you
\n
- \n
- Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building (aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services highly regarded) \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Excellent personal presentation \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow tasks through to completion. \n
- Comfortable using customer management systems, Microsoft Office and general digital tools. \n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support team goals. \n
- Professional, respectful and empathetic approach to all interactions. \n
