Job Description \n

KeyResponsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCMCloud applications.
    • \n
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents,defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
    • \n
  • Perform impact assessment, configuration changes,testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
    • \n
  • Support Oracle quarterly release analysis,regression testing, and production deployment activities.
    • \n
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issuesand recommend permanent solutions.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders,and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • \n
  • Prepare operational reports, service metrics, andgovernance updates.
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities for automation, processimprovements, and service optimization.
    • \n
  • Participate in knowledge management activitiesand maintain support documentation.
    • \n

RequiredSkills

\n

    \n
  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud ApplicationSupport and Maintenance.
    • \n
  • Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change,and Service Request Management processes.
    • \n
  • Experience working in AMS/Managed Servicesenvironments with SLA-driven support.
    • \n
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, andstakeholder management skills.
    • \n
  • Experience in testing, release management, andquarterly patch validation.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • \n
