As a Health Insurance Consultant, you'll join one of Australia's largest, most recognised and trusted comparison brands as they continue to grow their Brisbane CBD team.

\n

This is a household name with a strong reputation built on trust, and the role is much more customer service and consulting than hard-core sales. You'll have honest conversations with customers, understand what they actually need and help them make the right decision - not push them into products that aren't right for them.

The Role \n

• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound health insurance enquiries
\n
• Speak with high-quality warm leads generated through a nationally recognised brand
\n
• Understand customers' needs and provide suitable health insurance options
\n
• Have genuine, consultative conversations rather than using a hard-sell approach
\n
• Use evolving technology, AI tools and new systems designed to make the consultant experience easier
\n

The Benefits \n

• $75,000 - $80,000 + super + uncapped commission
\n
• Start date: 6th October | Fortnightly pay
\n
• Brisbane CBD - close to Central Station
\n
• Monday to Friday with flexibility around hours
\n

About You \n

• Direct private health fund or aggregator sales experience would be ideal
\n
• Broader insurance experience will also be considered
\n
• A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
\n
• Comfortable working towards targets without relying on aggressive sales tactics
\n
• Someone who enjoys being part of a social, energetic team
\n
• Keen to join a growing division where you can have an impact
