About the role As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development, independence and school readiness

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
\n
• Contribute to planning and implementing high-quality educational programs
\n
• Support children's learning through play-based experiences
\n
• Work collaboratively with a professional and passionate team
\n
• Maintain strong practices aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
\n

\n

We're looking for:

\n

\n
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
\n
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
\n
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safety.
\n
• Current Working With Children Check
\n
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
\n
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused approach
\n
