\n Lead. Develop. Drive Reliability. MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our excavator and ancillary maintenance team on a long-term mining operation in the Blackwater / Bowen Basin region.

About the Role \n
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll lead a team of tradespeople responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the site's excavator and ancillary fleet .
\n
You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting equipment availability and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You \n
You'll be an experienced Mining Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of heavy mobile equipment maintenance.

To be successful, you'll have:

- \n
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining \n
- Strong knowledge of excavator and ancillary equipment maintenance \n
- Liebherr excavator experience is highly regarded \n
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a maintenance team \n
- Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance \n
- Strong safety, communication and problem-solving skills \n
- A focus on equipment reliability, quality and continuous improvement \n
- Strong planning, decision-making and organisational skills \n
- Current Australian Driver Licence \n
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification is highly regarded \n
