The Role \n

\n
• Lead and support the Property Management & Leasing team
\n
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of the portfolio
\n
• Monitor vacancies, arrears, leasing and maintenance
\n
• Ensure properties are leased quickly and effectively
\n
• Maintain a high level of service for owners and tenants
\n
• Improve processes and systems across the department
\n
• Manage budgets, costs and department performance
\n
• Ensure the team is meeting all compliance requirements
\n
• Work closely with senior management on business improvements
\n
• Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team
\n

The Candidate \n

\n
• 7+ years' Property Management
\n
• 3+ years' leadership experience within Property Management
\n
• Full Queensland Real Estate Licence
\n
• Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
\n
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
\n
• Strong commercial and operational understanding
\n
• Confident managing budgets, KPIs and portfolio performance
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Proactive, solutions-focused leadership style
\n
