As a Private Client Manager at LANGTONS reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will serve as a distinguished ambassador for the business and the personal connection between LANGTONS and our valued high-net-worth clients.

In this role you will get to know your clients intimately to recommend precisely tailored fine wines luxury spirits auctions and bespoke experiences.

Bringing a foundation of intuitive anticipation genuine empathy meticulous discretion and absolute trust you will drive sales growth nurture new relationships and deliver uncompromising standards of personalized service.

Heres a snapshot of the responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Sales Growth: Achieve sales and customer targets by building deep trusted relationships over the phone in person and via digital channels.
• Prospecting & Client Nurturing: Prospect onboard and nurture new high-net-worth clients for the LANGTONS Client Services business while actively winning back at-risk and lapsed clients.
• Tailored Portfolio & Event Matching: Match established clients with fine wines rare products and exclusive events suited to their tastes and budgets to increase purchase frequency.
• Auction Support: Support the LANGTONS auction business by assisting clients with bidding and selling logistics helping them source rare and collectible bottles.
• Brand Ambassadorship & Events: Represent LANGTONS at client-facing events with impeccable presentation showcasing deep product industry and market expertise.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a B2C-facing sales role with a demonstrated track record of building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
• Wine & Spirits Knowledge: A solid foundation of wine knowledge (WSET qualifications preferred).
• Digital & CRM Capability: Proven experience delivering personalized customer service using CRM and eCommerce platforms.
• Professionalism & Style: Impeccable presentation high emotional intelligence clear and adaptive communication skills and meticulous discretion when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
