We're looking for a Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing maintenance team on an equal-time 12-hour day/night roster. This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced, highly automated production environment—perfect for a mechanically-minded tradesperson who thrives on problem-solving and plant reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

- \n
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance across bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, provers and utilities \n
- Mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repair of automated plant and equipment (conveyor systems, pneumatics, motor/gearboxes, pumps etc) \n
- Supporting production teams to maximise uptime, reliability and safety \n
- Identifying and implementing equipment improvement opportunities \n
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused maintenance culture on shift \n

What You Bring

- \n
- Mechanical Fitter/Trade Qualification (mandatory) \n
- Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience \n
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics capability \n
- Experience with conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors \n
- A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills \n
