Role Overview: \n

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll handle both remote phone consultations and in-home appointments . Your primary focus will be understanding the customer’s needs, educating them on solar energy solutions, and presenting tailored proposals that deliver real savings and value.

Key Responsibilities: \n

• Conduct phone and in-home consultations with leads provided to you
\n
• Understand customer energy usage and recommend appropriate solar solutions
\n
• Prepare and present quotes using our streamlined quoting tools
\n
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and provide exceptional service
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and stay aligned with daily sales activities
\n
• Stay informed on solar products, government rebates, and industry trends
\n

What We’re Looking For: \n

• Previous experience in solar or home improvement sales is preferred
\n
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and consultative skills
\n
• Results‑driven with a hunger to close deals and help customers
\n
• Comfortable working from home with the ability to attend local in-home visits
\n
• Tech‑savvy – familiar with CRMs, quoting platforms, and video calling tools
\n
• Own vehicle and driver's license required
\n
