Gateway Health is a not-for-profit community health service delivering primary health and welfare services to individuals, families, and communities across Northeast Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales. With up to 1.3 EFT of permanent employment available, this is an opportunity to shape a role that works for you. We're open to discussing part-time or full-time arrangements and offer flexibility for the successful candidates to be based in Wodonga and another in Wangaratta.
In this role, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering Allied Health and Nursing services to older adults, people living with disability and people with chronic conditions. Our services are delivered in peoples’ homes, communities or are clinic based. We use a mixture of individual and group service delivery models and have a focus on wellness and reablement.
This role is classified under the Victorian Community Health Sector (Audiologists Dietitians Pharmacists and Psychologists) Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 – Grade 2 ($50.66-$56.03 + superannuation)
