Apprentice Plumber

This is a 1st Year Apprentice position offering a 4-year competency-based training program with paid TAFE attendance during work hours, combined with structured on-the-job training. You will be supported by ongoing mentoring and coaching from specialist tradespersons. The role commences January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured on-the-job training as part of the 4-year apprenticeship program
• Attend paid TAFE training during work hours
• Follow directions with excellent attention to detail
• Work in a safe and productive manner
• Listen and understand customer and company requirements
• Take pride in your work

About you

• Completion of year 12 or equivalent
• Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Values teamwork and has a positive attitude to working in a safe and productive manner
• Ability to follow directions with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to listen and understand customer and company requirements
• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
• Have a passion for the trade
• Have an awareness of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
• Current drivers license is preferred
• Committed to a four year apprenticeship
