By joining Asado, you become part of The San Telmo Group – one of Melbourne's established independent hospitality groups. Founded in 2011, the Group operates six unique venues across Melbourne and Brisbane: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso, Robata and San Telmo Brisbane.

Position Available
Casual Bartender – Restaurant Award Level 2
Monday-Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $40.62 per hour
Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages consistently and efficiently
Delivering warm, engaging bar service and confidently making drink recommendations to guests
Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to deliver smooth, fast-paced services
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a busy restaurant or bar
Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge, with the ability to work quickly and consistently during busy services
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
