You'll be the central link between creative and commercial, ensuring we deliver the right product, in the right quantities, at the right time. This is a key role connecting Design, Production, Retail, Marketing and Despatch, with ownership across the product lifecycle — from range planning and buying through to production, stock management, delivery and sell-through.

Key responsibilities \n

• Lead seasonal range planning, buying, costing and sign-off.
\n
• Own weekly stock planning, reporting and seasonal stock budgets across AU & NZ.
\n
• Monitor sales, stock, sell-through, pricing and replenishment, identifying opportunities and risks.
\n
• Manage recuts, carryover styles, bestsellers, recalls and stock transfers.
\n
• Lead seasonal production planning, working closely with Production on fabric, cut sheets, offshore orders and delivery timelines.
\n
• Own allocation and seasonal despatch, ensuring teams are aligned on launches and delivery timing.
\n
• Manage Cin7 product setup, pricing, variants and barcodes, with Shopify integration.
\n
• Lead weekly Retail and Production meetings, communicating priorities and commercial strategy.
\n
• Work closely with Design through WIPs, fits, pre-buy meetings and seasonal range development.
\n
• Own sell-through reporting, using sales data, manager feedback and customer insights to inform future ranges.
\n

About you \n

• Commercially minded fashion professional with experience across buying, production and/or retail operations.
\n
• Highly organised, analytical and commercially focused.
\n
• Confident managing multiple seasonal timelines and priorities.
\n
• Strong on stock, margin, pricing and sell-through.
\n
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership from start to finish.
\n
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable working across creative and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Passionate about product and what makes a range commercially successful.
\n
• Experience with Cin7, Shopify, Landit and Style Arcade will be highly regarded.
\n
