At Y Kinders, we believe every child has the right to access a quality early childhood education and care service that celebrates their individuality, community, and curiosity. As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.

We’re now looking for Casual Diploma Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Summary About The Organisation \n
Y Ballarat, including our Board of Directors are committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People frameworks.

Y Ballarat requires all applicants to undergo checks prior to commencement including, police checks, international police checks, WWCC and reference checks as a minimum.
\n
The Y Ballarat is a recognised Safeguarding Children and Young People organisation, independently reviewed by the ACF.
