Warrikal is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead and grow our mechanical maintenance division across Western Australia's mining and resources sector.

This is a site-focused leadership role for someone who understands what it takes to deliver safe, productive and commercially successful mechanical maintenance in live mining environments. We're looking for someone who has come through the mechanical trade and site maintenance pathway — someone who knows rotating equipment, fixed plant, shutdowns and site execution, and has progressed into leading teams, clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the site-based delivery and operational growth of Warrikal's Mechanical Maintenance division.
• Oversee the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of mechanical maintenance, shutdowns and projects across client sites.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Supervisors and trades teams across multiple work fronts.
• Establish and maintain strong mechanical maintenance standards, systems and processes.
• Work closely with Operations, Planning, HSEQ and Commercial teams to ensure effective site delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow Warrikal's mechanical maintenance services.
• Support tenders, estimates and business development opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and divisional performance.
• Drive workforce capability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure consistent compliance across all site activities.

About You We're looking for a senior mechanical maintenance leader with a strong trade background and proven site experience in mining, resources or heavy industry.

You'll ideally bring:

• Mechanical Fitting or Mechanical Trade qualification.
• Significant site-based mechanical maintenance experience in mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Strong experience with fixed plant and rotating equipment.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, pulleys, drives and electric motors.
• Strong understanding of shutdowns, maintenance execution and live site environments.
• Experience with laser alignment, precision fitting and rotating equipment maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience managing Superintendents, Supervisors and trades teams.
• Experience managing multiple work fronts, labour, resources and site priorities.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and contribute to tenders and business growth.
• A genuine focus on safety, people development and quality delivery.
