SOUMAH of Yarra Valley are looking for experienced front of house service staff to join our fun and friendly team. With a passion for great customer service and wine knowledge a bonus, we are looking for staff to deliver professional service across our whole venue.

Key responsibilities \n

\n
• Delivering professional and genuine table service across our whole venue
\n
• Ability to operate tills and money handling
\n
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of SOUMAH, its vineyards, wines, winemaking and the local wine industry
\n
• Assist with opening and closing procedures to maintain a consistently high standard of presentation and cleanliness
\n

About you \n

\n
• Experience in hospitality or cellar door service, including welcoming customers in a friendly manner, serving and clearing tables and working in a team
\n
• Passionate about great food and wine
\n
• Excellent customer service and confident communication skills
\n
• Wine knowledge a bonus, not a requirement
\n
• Current RSA and driver's licence
\n
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and Friday and Saturday nights over summer
\n

SOUMAH of Yarra Valley is a boutique, family owned and operated brand producing award winning wines. Our focus is on emerging and interesting varietals from Northern Italy complimented by a strong French influence with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our onsite restaurant and Piazza Bar continue the Italian theme through a professional and relaxed dining experience. Open seven days a week serving lunch and Friday and Saturday nights for dinner over summer, there is also on-site accommodation.
