In this role, some of your responsibilities will include: \n

• Working with students and their families to implement tailored strategies that support students' wellbeing and assists them to have a more positive educational experience.
\n
• Working with College teams to monitor students’ wellbeing and engagement, and intervene early by providing advice and guidance to address concerns.
\n
• Using a strengths-based approach when working with students to develop social skills and self-esteem, and support connection with peers and social networks.
\n
• Facilitating referrals to other professionals and services and assisting students and families to access this support.
\n

Mandatory Position Requirements: \n

\n
• Minimum Certificate IV in Youth Support Work, or equivalent
\n
• A current ‘Paid Working with Children’ Blue Card, or eligibility to acquire one prior to commencement
\n
