Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high plant reliability and minimal downtime through proactive and reactive maintenance.
\n

- Execute daily preventative maintenance schedules across all plant equipment. \n
- Rapidly troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical breakdowns in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Maintain, overhaul, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mixers, industrial presses, and bulk material conveyors. \n
- Perform basic manual machining, component fitting, and light welding/fabrication as required. \n
- Drive a strong safety-first culture by adhering to strict WHS standards and risk assessments. \n

About You:
\n
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong trade background, a knack for practical problem-solving, and a reliable work ethic.
\n
- \n
- Trade Qualification: Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade / Fitting & Turning) or recognized Equivalent. \n
- Experience: 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industrial facility. \n
- Technical Skills: Sound fault-finding expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics, alongside basic manual machining and light welding skills. \n
- Safety First: A continuous commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS). \n
- Tickets (Desirable): Forklift License (LF) or Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets are strong advantages. \n
