About the Opportunity

\n

The Change Manager will lead the people-side change management effort for this relocation, working closely with the Project Manager – Office Relocation and the Head of Property to ensure staff are well informed, prepared, and supported through every stage of the move from initial announcement through to full occupation of the new site. This role will maintain a regular on-site presence throughout the fit-out and staged move to stay close to progress and staff sentiment as they shift not only to a new building but from closed to open office layouts.

The Change Manager will design, develop, implement and embed change strategies including thorough change impact assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, training, and the respectful handover of Jewish Care's history to the new site. Prior experience managing change for an office or workplace relocation is highly desirable.

\n

This is a fixed term, part-time role based onsite in our Windsor office.

About You

\n

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in change management or a related field.
\n
• Experience with complex multi-disciplinary organisational transformation and/or experience managing change for an office or workplace relocation and associated change efforts.
\n
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n
• Excellent active listening skills.
\n
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
\n
• Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
\n
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
\n
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

• Forward looking with a holistic approach.
