Key Responsibilities

\n

The F&B Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets — restaurant, bar, room service and/or events — ensuring guests receive consistently excellent service while the team operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. This is a hands‐on leadership role: supervising rostered shifts, coaching casual and permanent staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisor role or similar working in hotels, bars or restaurants.
\n
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
\n
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
\n
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
\n
• Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
\n
• Be able to anticipate the guests need and be adaptable.
\n
• Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.
