Hatchery Administration Officer - Tamworth

We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer for a Part time role to join one of our national client based in Tamworth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general office administration and data entry.
• Order and receive stores and maintain accurate records.
• Handle telephone and public enquiries.
• Maintain compliance, WHS and EMS documentation, registers and records.
• Monitor routine maintenance tasks and follow up on required actions.
• Prepare weekly EMS and WHS reports.
• Maintain hazard, risk, training and compliance registers.
• Coordinate staff training, toolbox talks and external training.
• Support WHS and quality audits, meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Maintain document control and electronic filing, ensuring records are current.
• Monitor noticeboards, contractor compliance and COR requirements.
• Update risk assessments and other relevant registers.

To be successful for this role, you will need to:

• Great relationship & team builder
• MUST have office administration experience
• Great communication skills
• Local area knowledge -an advantage but not required
• Farming background - an advantage but not required
• Physically fit
• Full work rights within Australia
• Own reliable Transport (essential)
• Current Drivers Licence (essential)
• Clear & Understandable spoken English
• DO NOTown pigs or birds at your home
