With clients spanning the nation and offices in both Queensland and Victoria, we’re known for going above and beyond to deliver the support our clients truly deserve.

We’re now on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to join our growing Brisbane team. Previous exposure to the disability insurance claims will be highly regarded however training can be provided to the right candidate.
\n
Our team are entrusted with the responsibility of working closely with clients to ensure they feel supported at all times in their matter. The daily tasks include collating and organizing client information, dedicated client service (correspondence and update), reviewing polices and communicating with funds/insurers on behalf of clients.

Our Paralegals are guided daily by our expert team Superannuation and Insurance Lawyers.
\n

Skills and experience
\n
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Excellent organization and time management skills.
\n
Enjoy taking initiative and able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
\n
Training and support will be given to the right candidate; however previous customer service and administration experience will be highly regarded.
\n
