We are currently seeking applications for a Cyber Intelligence Analyst, to join the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the Department of Treasury and Finance for a period of up to 24 months.

Remuneration: ASO4 – Salary Range ($82,212 - $86,180 p.a.).

About the opportunity:

Join our Cyber Security team and play a key role in strengthening the South Australian Government's cyber resilience. In this role, you will support projects that enhance the government’s ability to detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats, contributing to the development of advanced threat hunting capabilities across the public sector.

About you

As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the development of an advanced cyber threat hunting capability that strengthens cyber security across South Australian Government agencies.
• Build your experience supporting cyber threat hunting programs designed to detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats.
• Help develop intelligence products that inform strategic, operational and tactical decision-making across a range of stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of innovative tools and technologies that enhance the sharing and management of cyber intelligence.

Cyber Security Directorate, in OCIO, sets the state's cyber security agenda and leads SA Government's cyber security efforts by proactively identifying threats, responding to incidents, promoting best practice, and working with SA Government agencies to assist in coordinating, evaluating, and improving cyber security capabilities across government to ensure the security of government’s information and systems.
