We’re looking for a Platform Engineering Lead to join our growing Product team and help shape the next generation of digital health solutions at Rauland.
The Opportunity \n
As Engineering Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the platform architecture and shaping our future platform strategy. Leading a talented team of engineers, you'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and enabling the team to perform at its best.

You’ll combine strong technical leadership with a pragmatic delivery mindset, ensuring features are delivered end-to-end, engineering standards remain high, and teams have the clarity, capability and support needed to achieve outstanding results. Working closely with Product, Architecture and Delivery stakeholders, you'll help translate strategic priorities into reliable, scalable solutions that create meaningful business and customer outcomes.
