The Role \n

As a Delivery Coach, you’ll use deep agile and lean expertise to coach individuals and teams, facilitate complex conversations, resolve delivery impediments and strengthen ways of working across a complex technology environment.

\n

You’ll play an important role in developing high-performing, increasingly autonomous teams while partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure teams remain focused on delivering meaningful product and business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities \n

\n
• Coach individuals, teams and business stakeholders at all levels, helping them achieve their goals, build capability and increase autonomy
\n
• Facilitate highly specialised agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder conversations that support self-organisation and delivery
\n
• Mentor individuals and teams in agile and lean principles, practices, tools and techniques, advocating for best practice
\n
• Develop and deliver training that builds agile capability and establishes effective shared ways of working
\n
• Build high-performing, collaborative teams, helping them resolve conflict, improve performance and develop a culture of continuous improvement
\n
• Identify and help teams resolve delivery impediments, providing improvement strategies and escalating issues that cannot be addressed within the team
\n
• Establish and develop strategic stakeholder relationships that support successful product outcomes
\n
• Partner closely with Product Managers, teams and business stakeholders to maximise the value delivered by teams and connect day‑to‑day delivery with broader business strategy.
\n
• Role model effective agile behaviours and positively influence ways of working across teams
\n

About You \n

You have a naturally collaborative work‑style and are passionate about guiding teams towards autonomy and high performance whilst providing a positive and safe work culture. You have sophisticated interpersonal skills with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders from all levels and across all teams.

\n

As part of a small coaching team, you will bring:

\n

\n
• An open mindset towards collaborative, agile ways of working that’s values lead and isn’t restricted to a single framework or methodology.
\n
• The flexibility to work across multiple teams at one time, and different teams over time, as well as flexing your approach to suit the needs of the team.
\n
• Accomplished facilitation skills honed from a broad range of experience across structured and unstructured workshops and ceremonies.
\n
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to share knowledge and experience in a way which allows others to easily understand and learn from.
\n
• A working knowledge of modern Product Management, Design and Engineering practices.
\n

An understanding of the following is highly desirable: \n

\n
• User Centred Design and Design Thinking
\n
• Scrum, Lean and XP principles and practices
\n
• Behavioural Driven Development (BDD)
\n
• Agile certification (CSM, CSP, SPC, etc.)
\n
