Field Service Technician is at it sounds “Installing Intellifleet equipment on customers sites and locations." Our IVMS (In-Vehicle Management Systems) units capture extensive information for our clients about their valued staff and high value equipment.

\n

Our Service Technicians have skills in Automotive Electrical installation, attention to details as well as being self-starters that can work with minimal supervision when in the field on customer sites. Most importantly a passion for Quality and Customer satisfaction.

\n

Key responsibilities will include

\n
\n

\n
\n
• Day to day installation of in vehicle telematics systems.
\n
\n
• Travelling away from home when required. (Sometimes at short notice)
\n
\n
• Fault finding and diagnosing of electrical faults in system
\n
\n
• Resolving customer issues in regard to IVMS Telematics
\n
\n
• Tracking and tracing of customer equipment
\n
\n
• Liaising with the Account Managers and Customers to ensure that Customer Care is at the forefront of our business.
\n
\n

\n

To be considered for this position you will possess

• Passion for providing a superior customer service
\n
\n
• Ability to work away from home on customers sites when required.
\n
\n
• Strong knowledge of Vehicle Electrical Systems.
\n
\n
• The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
\n
\n
• Automotive Trade Qualified (Highly desired but not essential for the right person)
