Based at our Victoria West branch in Derrimut, you'll lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams that keep the operation moving. Your mission? To run a clean, safe, and high-performing site where stock is accurate, orders are picked, packed and dispatched before cut-off, and containers are turned around fast. You'll coach and develop your team, drive continuous improvement across warehouse layout and dispatch workflows, and make sure our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems are used properly and running smoothly every day. What are we looking for? \n

You bring proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution — able to train, task, and develop a team.

You have a background in the automotive industry, or strong parts distribution experience.
\n
You're confident with technology (WMS, TMS and others), and comfortable using data and systems to drive inventory accuracy.
\n
You're detail-oriented with a quality-first, safety-first approach.
\n
You communicate clearly and confidently with your team, other departments, and freight partners.
\n
You're a problem solver who thrives on finding the right solutions and lifting operational performance.
