The opportunity
\n
You will join an established TechCare team responsible for providing onsite IT support across Port Kembla. Issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 service desk will be escalated to you through ServiceNow.
\n
The work is varied and includes supporting office-based employees as well as users working across operational and manufacturing areas. You will receive an initial handover and work alongside an experienced buddy while learning the site and its systems.

You will ideally have:

Previous manufacturing, industrial or field-support experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates from corporate IT support environments are encouraged to apply if they are comfortable working onsite in a hands‐on industrial setting.

This position is based onsite in Port Kembla five days per week. Occasional flexibility may be available where genuinely required; however, this is not a regular hybrid position.
