Growth Lead

Job Description

Your first priority is organic growth on Instagram and TikTok, measured through views, engagement and audience growth. Short-form content and creator partnerships lead the work, with email, SMS and paid media supporting what performs.

You'll work directly with Jem and Dan, our co-founders. This is a hands‐on role with no large team to delegate to. You'll have room to build the function and manage our existing creative partners from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic and short-form. Run Instagram and TikTok: plan, make and publish content, test ideas and build on what works. Success means views, engagement and audience growth improving month on month while the content stays true to the brand.

• Creator partnerships and gifting. Find people, manage outreach, write briefs and organise product seeding. Build a repeatable process that produces useful content and measurable sales.

• Paid media. Select and own creative and review spend against ROAS and CPA targets. Use successful organic and gifted content to grow paid sales profitably.

• Email and SMS. Own flows, campaigns, segmentation and the promotional calendar around collection launches.
\n
• Reporting and attribution. Report weekly on views, engagement and audience growth, followed by ROAS, CPA, conversion and sell-through. Explain what is working and where to spend next.

• Commercial input. Bring what you learn into launch planning, pricing and promotions.
