Universal Store is looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to join our team throughout the Christmas trade period. This is a Casual opportunity, and successful candidates must be available to work from October 2026 through to 7 February 2027.

Responsibilities \n

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
\n
• Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
\n
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
\n
• Support day-to-day store operations, from stock room to shop floor.
\n
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
\n
• Work collaboratively as part of a positive and high-performing team.
\n

Skills and Experience \n

• Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
\n
• Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
\n
• Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
\n
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
\n
• Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
\n
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
\n
