Our facility provides a premium range of training and recovery services, including strength and functional training, performance training, group fitness classes, Reformer Pilates, recovery facilities, sauna, snow and steam rooms, and more — creating an unmatched member experience.

We are currently seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our Brisbane CBD team full time and casual .

What We’re Looking For \n
The ideal candidate will have:

- \n
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales-focused role \n
- An outgoing, motivated, and energetic personality \n
- A strong ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while following company systems and processes \n
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a results-driven mindset \n
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability \n
- Experience in conflict resolution and member engagement \n
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and delivering an exceptional member experience \n
Eligibility Requirements \n
- \n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role \n
- Fitness industry experience highly regarded \n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment \n
- Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment \n
- Strong passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry \n
- Availability to work full time, including a flexible roster where required \n
