Night Duty Manager - Part-Time Hospitality Lead

The Full Moon Hotel is seeking a Night Duty Manager to join our leadership team in a permanent part-time capacity. This role focuses on evening and closing shifts, with 3–4 shifts per week (25–35 hours).

You will lead our venue operations across restaurant, bars, gaming, TAB, entertainment and late-night trade, working with an experienced management team. Ideal candidates have 12 months of hospitality management experience and a calm, professional leadership style.
