Crown Pool Superstore is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Team Member to join our busy pool shop.
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service and being part of a friendly team.
About the Role \n
We are looking for someone to work approximately 2–3 days per week , with one weekend shift per week depending on availability and seasonal requirements.
\n
Your day-to-day duties will include:
\n
- \n
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service in-store and over the phone \n
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases \n
- Assisting office staff as needed using systems like Xero, Vend and Gmail \n
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries \n
- Processing sales and using basic computer systems \n
- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays \n
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented \n
- General administration and office support \n
- Assisting the team with general day-to-day shop duties \n
About You \n
The successful applicant will be:

- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers \n
- Reliable, punctual and well presented \n
- Organised with good attention to detail \n
- Comfortable using computers, phones and basic software \n
- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment \n
- A quick learner with a positive attitude \n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team \n
\n
Previous retail, customer service, administration or pool industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
\n
Pool industry knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided to the right person.
